    MD · MBA · MPH · CMQ · Board-Certified in Clinical Informatics

I work with healthcare investors and the operators they back - at the precise point where a clinical question, a data question, and a commercial question all need answering at once.

Most healthcare AI advisors come from one of those three sides. I've spent two decades on all three. Medicine first, with direct patient-care experience, then population health and analytics inside a national health plan, a population-health analytics platform, and a large healthcare enterprise. Pharmaceutical commercial strategy at a global consultancy in between. Translational research at Harvard Medical School and Mass General before any of it, with peer-reviewed publications and abstracts in neurobiology and dermatology.

I'm board-certified in Clinical Informatics and Preventive Medicine & Public Health, and Certified in Medical Quality. The result is a single advisor who can read a clinical algorithm, a payer P&L, and a deal model in the same conversation - and who understands how clinical evidence, coded data, and financial incentives actually align in production.

    Physician Executive

    Population Health Management & Clinical Informatics · ex-Anthem · ex-CVS

    • Drove clinical strategy and informatics at the enterprise level across a national health plan, a population-health analytics platform, and a large healthcare enterprise - three organizations spanning the breadth of US managed care.
    • Architected hundreds of clinical algorithms and population-health analytics, from ICD/CPT/HCPCS/LOINC/NDC coded logic for health-status characterization to care-management program evaluations across millions of lives.
    • Partnered with data science teams at all three organizations to build production predictive models - preventing adverse drug events, monetizing care-management ROI, and operationalizing predictive capabilities from research into deployed product.
    • Championed enterprise AI/ML business cases and value-based care frameworks across emerging, commercial, state, and federal models - building financial models of projected economic impact, securing senior-leadership investment, and guiding product roadmaps for STAR ratings, HEDIS, risk adjustment, and care-management economics.
    • Served as lead clinical voice to executives, clients, and external physician review panels - across Client Advisory Boards, national RFP responses, conference keynotes, product-strategy sessions, and medical-director engagement.
